To have an inspection completed, the applicant must have first provided a set of construction plans for approval, for new construction or renovation. Both the City of Show Low and the Show Low Fire Department must approve them.
Submit plans to the City of Show Low first and they are forwarded to the Fire Department for review. Once the plans are approved and construction completed then an inspection needs to be requested a minimum of 48 business hours in advance.
Commercial Businesses that require annual inspections just need to call 48 hours in advance to set up a time.
